Clayton County Register, 12 June 1952.

VOLGA CITY NEWS: Burial services for Ernest Morse, 74, were held Saturday at Hill Crest cemetery in Volga.

Mr. Morse died at the Good Samaritan home in West Union following a long illness.

He lived in Oelwein a number of years. His wife preceded him in death.

Surviving are a daughter, who lives in Davenport, and one brother, Will Morse of Volga, also other relatives.
