Dear mother, we're lonesome with-
out you.
We Long for the light of your smile.
We're thinking and dreaming
about you;
We have parted, but just for a
while.Through the years you toiled for
us only,
And taught us to love and obey.
Dear mother, though God took you
from us
Your spirit is with us to stay.
