MARRIED.

At the residence of the bride's parents, near communia, on Wednesday, Oct. 12th, 1881, by W. C. Lewis, J.P., Mr. J. M. Lewis to Miss Emma C. Luers.

The bride is a daughter of Hermann Luers, is well known in Elkader, where she has a large circle of friends. The groom is a through Clayton county boy, having been raised in Highland township, and is now engaged in the practice of medicine at Elkport.

Elkader Register, 14 Oct. 1881.
