MONONA: St. Patrick's church provided the setting Saturday, Oct. 27, for the wedding of Lorraine Ann Freilinger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. J. Freilinger, and Lyle Mackey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Mackey of Olin. The Rev. John Peters officiated. Miss Rosemary Freilinger, sister of the bride, was maid of honor, and Mrs. Gerald Fett, Lansing, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid. Flower girl was Diana Mackey, niece of the groom, and ring bearer was Kevin Moore, a cousin of the bride. Lloyd Freilinger twin brother of the bride, served as groomsman, and Russel Guilford of Chicago and Duane Sorenson of Ames ushered. Alter boys were Pat Freilinger and John Ryan.

The bride is a graduate of the Monona-Farmersburg Community schools class of 1956. She has been employed as a nurse's aide at the Veterans hospital at Waukon. The groom is a senior at Iowa State college at Ames, where the new home will be made.
