June 10, Miss Elaine Janice Anderson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mervin L. Anderson of Elgin, and Ralph Eugene Hanson, son of Mrs. Alta Hanson of West Union, were united in marriage in the Marion Lutheran church at Gunder, Iowa The Rev. O. R. Hougstul officiated. Mrs. Merlin Anderson, sister-in-law of the bride, was maid of honor, and Mrs. Richard Winters, sister of the groom, and Miss Beverly Suckow served as bridesmaids. Kathy Ishman, niece of the groom, served as flower girl, and Randy Suckow, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer. Ralph House, friend of the groom, was best man, and Merlin and Burdette Anderson, brothers of the bride, served as groomsmen. Carroll Anderson and Kenneth Meyer were ushers.

Mr. and Mrs. Hanson will make their home in West Union, Iowa.
