Hartman - Trede marriage - 1956

St. Peter's American Lutheran church at Garnavillo was the setting for the marriage, June 02, of Miss Helen Trede, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Trede of Clayton, and Harlan H. Hartman of Cedar Rapids, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Hartman of Dubuque. The Rev. John Pannkuk officiated. Mrs. Harold Brase, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Miss Maryanne Hartman and Miss Dorothy Hartman, sisters of the groom, were candle lighters. The groom was attended by his cousin, Harold Brase, as best man. Ushers were Eldo Trede, brother of the bride, and Ervin Kregel, cousin of the groom.
