West - Fascher marriage - 1956

WEST, FASCHER, TAAKE, CORDS, GENTZ, PUGH

At the Zion Evangelical Lutheran church in Clayton Center occurred the marriage of Miss Arlene Fascher, and Jerry West. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ewald Fascher of St. Olaf. The Rev. J. H. Zerhusen officiated. Miss Dorothy Taake of Elkader, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor, and Miss Lucille Cords of Dubuque, cousin of the bride, was bridesmaid. Gene West, brother of the groom, served as best man, and Gene Stence, friend of the groom, was groomsman.

At the reception in the church parlors, Mrs. Verni Gentz, sister of the groom, served the cake, and Mrs. Luther Pugh, sister of the groom, poured.
