Wille - Huckstadt marriage - 1956

The wedding of Mary Elaine Huckstadt, daughter of Mrs. William Huckstadt of Monona, and Realto Wille, son of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Wille of Luana, occurred in St. Patrick's Catholic church, January 28. The Rev. Luke Donlon officiated. The bride was given in marriage by her brother, William D. Huckstadt. Sister of the bride, Mrs. William Hoskin was soloist. Miss Patricia Huckstadt was maid of honor, and Miss Sandra Huckstadt was bridesmaid. Jerome Wille of Luana was best man, and groomsman was Joe Wille of Garnavillo, cousin of the groom. Ushers were Terrance Huckstadt, brother of the bride, and Lorin Schmelzer of Monona.

The bride is a graduate of Monona high school and the groom of St. Mary's school at Guttenberg. Since the groom's discharge from the service he has farmed with his father.

After a short wedding trip the new couple will be at home on a farm southwest of Monona.
