June 17, at the parsonage of the Peace Evangelical and Reformed church, The Rev. Paul Kitterer united in marriage Arnold Kruse of Farmersburg and Mrs. Ernestine Putzier of Elkader. Witnesses were Mr. and Mrs. Willy Ruhser, daughter and son-in-law of Mrs. Putzier.
