2-12-1978 Spencer Hospital
She is buried at Oak Hill Cemetery in Cherokee, Iowa burial was on 2-15-1978
Her Parents are Father William McFadden, Mother Hattie Bell Horton

She was listed as Widow on the Death Certificate at the Clay County Courthouse.

Go to the Cherokee City Website, says she is buried in Block 8, Lot 1, Grave 5, She was 73 years of age.

I have not been to the Library to read the microfilm to see if I could find a obit.
