TICE, Claude Baker, Physician & surgeon; born Lewis, Iowa Mar 5, 1880, son of Thomas Monroe TICE & wife Ada BAKER TICE.

Educated in Cass County, Iowa;

Iowa State Teachers College (Cedar Falls, IA);

University of Iowa;

Hahnemann Medical College, MD in 1912;

Graduate work at Boston University Hospital Boston, Mass in 1912;

University of New York in 1913;

Hahnemann Hospital in Rochester, NY in 1913;

Augustana Hospital in Chicago, IL in 1918.

Member of Phi Epsilon Rho fraternity.

Married Amanda Elizabeth ARNOLD on Feb 12, 1913 in Klemme, Iowa; two sons William Arnold TICE & George Irving TICE.

Practice of medicine:

1912- in Klemme Iowa

1913- 1918- practiced medicine & operated Sioux Rapids Hospital in Sioux Rapids, Iowa

1919- settled in Mason City, Iowa to practice.
