Funeral Yesterday.

The funeral services for the late Edward Thomas Evans, who was killed in California, were held yesterday afternoon at 2:30 at the G. S. Wilcox home, Fourth and Locust streets, and the interment made in the Atlantic cemetery. The Rev. Rainey of the Presbyterian church officiated, and the services were in charge of the local lodge of Woodmen, from whom the pallbearers were also selected. The attendance at the services was large and there was a wealth of floral offerings. The body arrived, as scheduled, early yesterday morning.
