In accordance with a previous invitation, we donned our “meeting clothes” yesterday, hitched up and drove over to the residence of Geo. Magee in Turkey Grove, where we found a number of neighbors collected, forming a merry company. Scarcely had we entered the house than we were invited into the sitting room, all eyes seemed looking toward the stairway, and glancing in that direction we saw Mr. Columbus Prall descending the stairs with Miss Mary Magee leaning on his arm. As they entered the room, the Rev. U. P. Goliday stepped forward and commenced the marriage ceremony, and in less time than it takes us to write this the twain were made one.

After the usual congratulations a sumptuous feast was prepared, to which all present did ample justice.

The second day dinner at Thaddeus Prall’s, was also a pleasant affair. The happy pair will commence housekeeping at once on his farm in Franklin township.
