May 22, 1918WERE MARRIED IN THIS CITY YESTERDAY EVENING
The wedding of Mr. Guy Allison Butler and Miss Daisy Pearl Walker took place yesterday p. m. at 3 o’clock at the Christian parsonage, Rev. B. Franklin Hall officiating. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Butler of the Buck Creek vicinity and who were present at the marriage. The bride has made her home for some time with Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Deets, now of Anita. She wore a becoming gown of gray taffeta. Both are popular among their many friends.
On account of Mr. Butler being in the draft, they cannot make definite plans, but for the immediate present will be at the home of the groom’s parents.
