Funeral services for Elmer F. Onken, 78, of 218 E. 9th St., Carroll were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lidderdale with Rev. Albert Bostelmann officiating.

The hymns "Jesus Savior Pilot Me" and "Heaven is My Home" were sung by the congregation with organist A. L. Daenzer.

Pallbearers were Dale Onken, Dan Onken, Duane Onken, William Onken, Robert Onken and Donald Onken. Interment was in the Immanual Lutheran Cemetery under the direction of the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home, Carroll.

Relatives and friends attended the funeral from Carroll and surrounding towns.
