Looking for my roots

I believe my maternal Grandmother was Ida Grace Strong, born in 1893-94 in either Buchanan or Allamakee Co.. she married my Grandfather, Lawrence Edmund Hayford, born in Independence,(Buchanan Co.)
Iowa in 1894. They later moved to Washington State and had four children. my mother was the youngest.
If anyone has any information on either one of my Grandparents, I would appreciate it. Thank you. :)
