Whether there is a significant and informative obituary is unknown to me. I have seldom found one for a young woman who may have died in childbirth especially in the 1860's just less than a decade after the counties in this area had organized and newspapers were just getting established. There is abundant census information that gives lots of information of value to building biographical information about Sarah. The following may be known to you but it is likely her family. Following up on each of these likely family members may eventually reveal information about Sarah- in biographical sketchs, letters or applications. Best of luck.
