Isaiah Harrington monument

I was wondering if you or anyone else can tell me something about the large Civil War monument to Isaiah Harrington found in Campton/Oak Hill Cemetery. Would anyone know who placed it there? My husband's family is related to Isaiah and we're doing some research. Isaiah is an intriguing person.
