Am also looking for info on a Owen Ward but this Owen came from Waynesville, Ohio, to Indiana, Whitewater area, to Jefferson, Buchanan. Don't know if there is any relationship here. Found him in 1870 census with his mother Catherine and his children. His wife Mary Ellen Brown-Ward died in Ohio before 1866. They were still in Ohio in 1867. His son Benjamine ended up in Warren co. Iowa in 1880, but where the family was in between there I have no idea. Thanks for any help. Hope you find your query.
