Death Claims Little Girl.
The home of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest C. Hall, of Plainfield, is shrouded in sadness because of the death of their little daughter Doris who passed away Monday morning after an illness of two weeks. She was first taken with tonsolitis but appeared to be improving until the latter part of last week when heart trouble set in and after a short struggle the little body gave up the fight and the spirit returned until Him who gave it.
Little Doris, who was about seven years of age, was the eldest of a family of three children, a bright sunbeam in the home and a favorite among her playmates and the deepest sympathy of a large circle of friends goes out to Mr. and Mrs. Hall in their sorrow.
To add to their affliction Mr. Hall has also been desperately sick with tonsolitis, but at this writing he is reported a little better.
The funeral service for the little girl was held in the home at Plainfield Wednesday at 11 a. m. and the burial was at the Horton cemetery.
