Hi Amy,

Apparently my Newspaper archive does not have any Courier issues from April to October 1961. If you know of someone with a newspaper.com subscription you will find her obit published on August 14, 1961. This would seem to indicate she died before the 14th rather than August 31st. The listing I am referring to may be wrong but it does have some details that would possibly be helpful.
