Ruth E. Goff Miller

Services for Ruth E. Goff Miller, 88, of the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home, formerly of rural Dunkerton, will be 10 am Tuesday at United Methodist Church, Dunkerton, with burial in Fairview Cemetery, Dunkerton.

She died Saturday, August 5th, at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home of natural causes.

She was born January 21, 1901, in Black Hawk County, the daughter of Olin S. and Lucinda Myers Goff. She married Elmer R. Miller August 28, 1921 in Dunkerton. He died June 14, 1966.

Survivors include a son, Eugene C. of St. Paul, MN; a daughter, Mrs Ethel Baer of Waterloo; 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, and a brother, Melvin Goff of Spirit Lake; she was preceded un death by a son, Earl, a daughter, Rose Marie Miller, and a great grandson, Robert Jack Baer.

Friends may call from 2 to 9 pm today at Chapel of Memories Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 5 to 9 pm; visitation will also be from 9 am to service time at the church.
