CEDAR FALLS—Word has been received of the death of Earl Ahrmon, 74, of Dorris, Calif., formerly of Cedar Falls. Services are pending in California. He died Wednesday.

He was bom April 16, 1910, at Cedar Falls, son of Frank and Nellie Ahrmon. He married Ida Cordes in November of 1932. He worked at the John Deere Tractors Works when he lived in Cedar Falls.

He is survived by, his wife; four daughters: Genevia Jackson of Oregon, Lois of San Diego, Calif., Rosellen of Ohio and Frances of West Virginia; three sons: Kenneth Ahrmon of San Diego, Calif., and Ervie Ahrmon and Donald Ahrmon, both of California; and 20 grandchildren.
