WALTER O. HALL
Walter O. Hall, 62-year-old Rath Packing Company employe, died unexpectedly from a heart attack in his home, 110 Walnut Street, [Waterloo] at 4 a.m. Wednesday. Apparently in good health, Hall worked as usual Wednesday and with his wife had called on friends during the evening.
Born July 11, 1878, at New Providence, la,, he was the son of Isarel and Phoebe Hall. On Sept. 29, 1904, he married Anna.T. Olson at Randall,, la.. They moved to Waterloo 12 years ago.
He was a member of Waterloo lodge, 328, Loyal Order of Moose.
Surviving besides the widow are, a daughter,. Mrs. Cecil Cook, New Providence; one sister, Mrs. Amanda Beecher, Lawn Hill, la.; two brothers, H. A. Hall, New Providence, and O. E. Hall, Eldora, la., and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, one sister and a brother.
The body may be viewed at O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home until 9:30 a.m. Friday, when it will be taken to the home of the daughter, Mrs. Cook, at New Provdence. There will be a short servce at the Cook residence at 1:30 p. m., followed by a service at the Friends Church in New Providence at 2 p.m. Rev. Eli Wheeler, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in New Providence Cemetery.
