Mrs. Fred Elsnau, 45, of Los Angeles, Cal., formerly of Waterloo, died of carcinoma at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at her home, according to word received by her aunts, Mrs. C.W. Stull, La Porte road, and Mrs. Helen Ford, 420 Center street.

She was born on Mar. 24, 1905, in Waterloo, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ford.

Surviving are her husband; two sons, Raymond, of Princeton, Ill., and Fred, at home; her mother, Mrs. Bess Ford of Los Angeles; and a sister, Mrs. Walter Milliken, of Perris, Cal.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Funeral arrangements are indefinite.
