Obituary

Genevieve Kelly, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. O. B. Kelly, was born at At-
lantic, Iowa, November 6, 1909. About
nine years ago the family moved to
Ft. Morgan, Colo. While in Colorado
Miss Genevieve was active in the
Presbyterian Sunday school work.
The deceased has been a long and pa-
tient sufferer. She was taken sick
on Christmas day, 1923 and has not
been well since. On January 9th, she
answered the final summons and the
youthful career of one who had known
much of this world's sorrow was past
at the age of 15 years, 2 months and
3 days.

Genevieve was the third child of a
family of nine children. Beside the
parents, six sisters, Mrs. Marie Drews,
of Ft. Morgan, Colo.; Bernice, Doro-
thy, Thelma, Mildred, Rosella and two
brothers, Irving and Herbert, all of
whom were at home except Mrs. Drew;
other relatives and friends mourn the
loss of this young daughter, sister and
friend.

The funeral services were conduct-
ed from the home of Elmer Green in
Exira by Rev. Robert N. Chord at 1:30
p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11th. Interment in
Oakfield cemetery.
