Mr. I. V. D. Lewis received notice
last week that his daughter Charity
Ann Lewis (1865-1905) has been admitted to
the Home for the feeble minded at
Glenwood and she was taken to
that institution last Sunday.

Note: Parents of Charity Ann Lewis were Isaac Van Dorsey Lewis and Mary Jane White. All three are buried at the Bowen Cemetery, Audubon co., IA.
