EXIRA SCHOOL NEWS

Twenty-five contestants have en-
listed for Declamatory work this year
with Miss Stearns as trainer. She is
planning to start training next week.
The list consists of the following peo-
ple: Gladys Christensen, Mildred Wahl-
ert, Ruby Petersen, Edna Sorensen,
Alice Mae Hunt, Anetta Lohner, Na-
omi Hensley, Minnie Bengard, Helen
Leake, Claudine Basham, Eloise Jen-
kins, Dagny Christensen, Ninabelle
Nancarrow, Adrian Corl, Floyd Nel-
son, Lois Boehme, Delbert Eagen,
Herb Black, Marjorie Nelson, Bernice
Beers, Eva Young, Dorothy Sorensen,
Annabel Vande Brake, Edna Gude
and Thelma Hockenberry.

These people seem to be an enthus-
iastic group, and one which will re-
spond well to Miss Stearn's training.
