While on a trip into east Greeley,
accompanied by his father, Earl
Weeks lost control of his Chevrolet.
It plunged head on into a deep
ditch near the Pardee farm. No
one was seriously hurt and the
damage done to the car was insig-
nificant. Investigation revealed
the fact that a vital bolt in the
steering gear dropped out and
caused the accident.
