LOCAL HAPPENINGS

Lou Bengaard suffered an injury
to his right eye Friday night when
a piece of steel flew into it. The
injury was cared for by a physician
and is doing nicely at this time.

Note: Parents of Lou Christian "Louie" Bengard were Hans Jurgen Bengaard and Cathrine J. "Katie" Birk. Lou's wife was Annette Juhl.
