KENFIELD

The annual voters' meeting of
the St. John's Lutheran church
was held Monday afternoon, Jan. 6.
Election of officers for the com-
ing year constituted the main
business. The following officers
were re-elected, Tom Krause,
president; Niels Nielsen, treasur-
er; Walter Tibben, secretary;
Arthur Bireline, trustee. John
Faga was elected elder to succeed
Otto Faga, who is moving from
the community. Plans were made
for the regular hog donation drive.
Three new members were accepted
as voters, Lawrence Krause, An-
drew Faga and Clarence Petri.

The ladies aid of the St. John's
Lutheran church held their annual
meeting Thursday afternoon, Jan.
2. The following officers were
elected, Mrs. Charles Faga, presi-
dent; Mrs. Clarence Tibben, vice-
president; Mrs. Geo. Griesse,
secretary, and Mrs. Wm. Ham-
man, treasurer.
