In Auto Wreck
This Morning--------
Crash Occured On A
Curve Just South
Of Templeton--------
Six Audubon county young
people were injured in an auto-
mobile wreck early this morning
when the Elmer Hardie Ford
sedan driven by Harold (Buck)
Schlotfeldt, ran off a grade and
crashed into a telephoe pole. The
accident occurred on a curve just
south of Templeton. They were
enroute home from Carroll where
they had attended a dance.Schlotfeldt received a severe
cut under the chin and on the nose,
and his teeth were knocked loose.Other persons injured were:
Miss Mildred Allen, Audubon
beauty shop operator, cuts on
forehead and chin; John Paul Mc-
Guire, cuts and bruises; Miss
Evelyn Lacy, cuts and scratches
from glass, Glenn Hardie, scalp
wound, Myr(t)le Irene Beers, Audu-
bon style shop proprietor, was
slightly bruised.The car was badly damaged with
the radiator and fenders crushed.
