Dallas Dryden Weds
Miss Joyanna Soukup

Dallas Dryden, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Roy Dryden, and Miss Joy-
anna Soukup, daughter of Mrs. C.
O. Hunt, were united in marriage
New Year's eve at the Christian
parsonage by the Rev. Charles R.
Hagee. The couple were attended
by Mr. and Mrs. Ted White.

Both the bridegroom and bride
have grown up in this community
and both are graduates of the
Exira high school. They are ex-
cellent young people and have
hundreds of friends throughout
the community.

Mr. Dryden has been proprietor
of the Clover Farm store here a
little more than a year and his
bride has been employed in the
store with him. Prior to that both
were employed by P. A. Stone for
a considerable length of time.

They wil live in an apartment
at the home of the bridegroom's
parents on North street.

Note: Parents of Joyanna Soukup were Albert F. Soukup and Ivy N. "Nellie" Rains.
Parents of Dallas Leroy Dryden were Leroy Elmer "Roy" Dryden and Harriett M. "Hattie" Wright.
