Elk Horn Young Lady
Bride Of Lorah Youth

Miss Velma Esbeck, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Chris Esbeck of Elk
Horn, and Ralph Westphalen, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Westphalen
of near Lorah, were united in mar-
riage at 4 o'clock Sunday after-
noon at the parsonage of St. Paul's
Lutheran church. The Rev. K. R.
Jensen read the single ring mar-
riage service. Mr. and Mrs. J. C.
Johnson and the parents of the
contracting parties were the wit-
nesses. The newlyweds plan to
go to farming near Lorah.

Note: Velma Christina Esbeck's parents were Chris P. Esbeck and Ida C. Thygesen.
Ralph W. Westphalen's parents were Julius "Juhl" Westphalen and Grace E. Robson.
