A little son of Edward White, who resides on the premises of H.P. Lane, in Iowa Twp., was very badly scalded on Monday evening by accidentally emptying a dish of hot soup over his face and chest. The injuries were so great that death resulted on Wednesday afternoon. The funeral took place yesterday.
