Postmaster Kills Himself.
Otis Johnson, postmaster and general merchant at Waukon Junction, committed suicide Tuesday by shooting himself in the head. He was forty years old and a cripple. It is said a post offic{e} inspector found him $18 short. Johnson then went home and shot himself.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Feb. 15, 1873 and died Apr. 3, 1916. He is buried in the Spaulding Cemetery in Waukon Junction.
