SUDDEN DEATH - A telegram received at this place on Monday announced the sudden death, at Leadville, Colorado, on the 14th inst., of D.D. Hendrick, formerly a well-known resident of this county, but for some years past living in the West.

The remains were interred under the direction of the Odd Fellows' Order. Mr. Hendrick had but recently left for Colorado, having been in this county on a visit to relatives. He leaves a brother, M.B. and a daughter, Mrs. A.D. Hersey, residing in Waukon.
