KOSBAU, SCHORMAN, KRUGNER, KREUGNER

At the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Kreugner [sic], two miles southeast of Waukon, Tuesday, February 20, took place the death of Mrs. Sophia Kosbau. The deceased had attained the great age of 91 years.
She was a native of Germany and came to this county with her husband in early days, settling on a farm a few miles southeast of this city, where he long life was spent.
Her husband preceded her to the grave some years ago and she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Kreugner, and two sons, Henry and August, all living in this vicinity.
The funeral services were held at the German Reformed church Friday afternoon, Rev. Vornholt officiating, burial taking place in the German cemetery adjoining Oakland.
