Henry Frank, who died on the 2d inst., has ben a great sufferer for the past three years, and has been attended by different physicians during the time of his illness, all diagnosing some incureable disease of the stomach and the organs, involved in the functions of digestion, with one exception.

By request of the friends of the deceased a post-mortem was made on Sunday orning by Drs. Brockhausen and Taylor, of this city which revealed the following facts:

Cancer of the stomach, involving the pancreas and peritoneum, leading to degernation and ulceration of the spleen.

Strange to say all the other organs and viscera seemed to be in a remarkably healthy condition, considering the nature of the disease.
