Mrs. Viola Gertrude Opfer, 20, died at the hospital Saturday night. She was a daughter of Charles and Lydia (Shafer) Koehring, and born in Ludlow township, Nov. 6, 1911. A year ago she was married to Leonard Opfer, and about two weeks ago a son was born to them. She is survived by her husband, and her son, her parents, and two brothers. Funeral ceremonies will be held at the Bethlehem church in Ludlow Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Mr. Klosterbuer will officiate. Interment will be made at the Bethlehem cemetery.
