Mrs. Roscoe Turner entertained a company of children Thursday, July 16, at her home south of Adair in honor of the eighth birthday of her daughter, Helen. After an afternoon of games, lunch was served. Guests were Helen Franz, Ellajean Alcorn, Mary, Alice and Bobbie Menefee, Irma Noland, Bartley Noland, Gertrude Lalley, Helen, Sarah and Glen Turner.
