Floral Divider Bar

CARPENTER.--This experienced mechanic came to Audubon about ten years ago from Michigan. He is one of the finest workmen in western Iowa. Mr. Overfield is 55 years of age and has been engaged in his present business about thirty-five years. Honesty and industry combined with a whole-souled genial disposition has won for Mr. Overfield the admiration and respect of the people of Audubon county. He is a prominent member of the Union Labor party and has been chairman of the central committee for a number of years. In November 1891 he was the unanimous choice of his party for the office of representative. He is Noble Grand of the I. O. O. F. No. 396, of Audubon. We take pleasure in recommending him as a good workman and an excellent man.
