SGT. DORIS YOUNG
Doris enlisted in Womans Reserve United States Marine Corps, in Des Moines, Iowa, February, 1943. Serial number 752503.
Received her basic training, Cherry Point, North Carolina. She attended Hunter College for special qualifications for Weather Observer, after this she received the rank of Technical Sergeant and trained recruits there after.
Received Honorable Discharge on September 27, 1945.
