ARRIVES IN ENGLAND --Second Lt. Phyllis Van Note, army nurse corps, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F.C. Van Note, 837 4th S.W., has arrived safely in England. A graduate of St Mary's hospital school of nursing, Rochester, Minn., Lt. Van Note entered the service at Chicago where she had been a member of the staff at St. Luke's hospital. From Chicago she was sent to Camp McCoy, Wis., and later to Camp Ellis, Ill.
