NURSE PROMOTED -- Miss Inez C. Ubben who has been serving in the navy nurse corps since November, 1943, has been promoted from the rank of ensign to lieutenant (j.g.) Lt Ubben is now serving at Lowrey Annex, North Air station, San Diego, Cal. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ubben of Sheffield and took her training at Mound-Midway school of nursing in St. Paul. Before she entered the service, she was employed at Park hospital.
