SENT TO WASHINGTON

Pvt. Dorothy Tyrrell of the Women's Army Corps, has been assigned to office work in Washington, D.C., after being stationed at Fort Oglethorpe, Ga. Her new address is: Pvt. Dorothy Tyrrell, A-609010, 2nd Signal Service Bn., Washington, 25, D.C. Pvt. Tyrell is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Tyrell.

PROMOTED

Dorothy Tyrell, of the women's Army Corps, has been promoted from private first class to T/4. She works at the signal center of the Sixth Service Command in Chicago. T/4 Tyrell is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Tyrell.

S/Sgt. and Mrs. James L. Meyers, who visited in the home of the latter's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Tyrrell while on their wedding trip, left Saturday night for the Presidio, San Francisco, Calif., where both are stationed. Mrs. Myers, the former Dorothy Tyrell, is a staff sergeant in the WAC.
