Norma Grace Spicer Wellhausen Ferge was born Dec. 24, 1916 to Carmi N. and Stella Hoskins Spicer. She died Sept. 13, 2006 and is buried in Forest Home Cemetery, Milwaukee, WI.
Ens. Spicer served in World War II with the U.S. Navy Nurse Corps stationed at Great Lakes and Memphis, TN naval hospitals.
She was married to Lt. W. W. Wellhausen who served with the U.S. Army. After his death she married Robert Ferge.
