Petty Officer, third class, Marilyn Warner of the WAVES arrived Thursday morning for a week's visit with her mother, Mrs. Irene Warner, 4324 Harwood drive. Miss Warner just has completed her yeoman training at Oklahoma A and M college in Stillwater.

Announcement is made of the marriage of Marilyn Warner, petty officer, third class, of the WAVES stationed at Washington, D.C. and Pvt. Rublee Clarke Soule of Springfield, Mass., now in engineers training unit at Oklahoma A and M college.

The marriage took place Dec. 10 at the All Saints Episcopal church in Chevy Chase, Md.

The bride is a graduate of Roosevelt High school and for three years attended the University of Iowa, where she affiliated with Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. She later completed a secretarial and business course at Katherine Gibbs' school of Chicago. She is the daughter of Mrs. Irene Warner, 4324 Harwood drive and Frank Warner of Des Moines,

Private Soule is the son of Rev. and Mrs. Lillian E. Soule of Springfield, Mass., where the Reverend Soule is rector of All Saints Episcopal Church.

Two Des Moines WAVES are now on active duty in Washington, D.C. They are Yeoman Marilyn Warner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Warner, 4324 Harwood drive, and Bonnie L. Skinner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Skinner, 2322 Guthrie ave.

Mrs. Soule To Visit Here

Marilyn Warner Soule, yeoman third class, in the WAVES, stationed at naval communications in Washington, D.C. has been visiting her husband, Pvt. (f.c.) R. C. Soule, who is at an army specialist training unit at the University of Oklahoma at Norman, Okla. She will arrive Thursday night to visit over Easter with her mother, Mrs. Irene Warner, 4324 Harwood drive. Pvt Frank Warner, jr. will leave Monday for Camp Hood, Tex., after spending a 12-day furlough with his mother.

Marilyn Warner Soule, daughter of Mrs. Irene Warner, 4324 Harwood drive, has been discharged from the WAVES at Washington, D.C. In the navy 28 months, she was stationed in navy communications headquarters at Washington.
