Cherokee—
First Lt. Barbara M. Short, veteran of 10 months overseas in the European theater of operations here, she served on general duty and was awarded the E.T.O ribbon and one battle star, returned to the United States aboard the transport command transatlantic plane landing at La Guardia Field, N.Y. She arrived in Cherokee on Monday to visit her parents and Mrs. James Short.
