Evelyn M. Sharrett, seaman second class of the WAVES, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S.B. Sharrett, 108 West Fifth street, has completed her "boot" training at Hunter college, N.Y., and is now stationed at a naval radio station in Norfolk, Virginia.
Seaman Sharrett entered the service Dec. 14, 1944. She is a graduate of Davenport high school and had been employed for the last two years by the Northwestern Bell Telephone Co.

Evelyn M. Sharrett, radioman, third class, recently completed a fifteen day leave at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. S.B. Sharrett, 1234 Ripley street, and has returned to her base in Norfolk, Va.
Miss Sharrett enlisted in the WAVES in October, 1944, received her training at Hunter college and for the past year as been stationed at the NOB in Norfolk. She is a graduate of Davenport high school and was formerly employed by the Bell Telephone Co.
